What forms of payment are accepted?

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Polyester, Dye-sublimation and Tube lanyards will take approximately 4-10business days or less from the day you place the order.
Woven lanyards and Nylon lanyards may take up to 10 business days from the day you place the order.

Do you ship outside the US, to APO/FPO addresses, or to a P.O. Box?

What is the minimum order quantity?

For polyester and tube lanyards the minimum order is 50 lanyards of the same color and graphic. For nylon and woven, the minimum order is 100 lanyards of the same color and graphics. Graphics includes text, logo or other personalized mark

No. We do not have any mold charges, setup fees or any other hidden charges.

Is there a real person at the other end of the telephone?

Absolutely. Our Customer Service office is located in Los Angeles, California, and an actual person is there interested in giving you the best service possible.

Do you offer refunds?

We can only offer a refund under the following conditions:

In the event of a manufacturer’s defect.
If you have placed and paid for a rush order and we find we cannot meet your request we will (a) we can refund the rush order fees and continue your order under normal production time, or (b) you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

What happens if there’s a mistake with my order?

We will do everything we can to ensure your order meets your specifications and time requirements. In the event there is an error with your order your customer service representative will work quickly to resolve the matter.

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order without change unless it has gone into the production stage. Once it has entered production we cannot cancel your order. Please understand that our production turn-around is very fast, so should you need to cancel it must be done immediately.

What file formats are accepted for logos and other artwork?

We accept the following formats: JPEG, JPG, GIF, PSD, BMP, TIFF, PNG, EPS, DOC, DOCX, etc. An editable kind type of file will be create a clearer graphic. Files such as JPG might adversely affect the clarity of the graphic. Be sure your graphics are clean and of a resolution no less than 300 dpi. Keep in mind that the better your graphics are the better your lanyards will look. When ordering a large number of graphic-saturated lanyards such as dye-sublimation we recommend you use the services of a professional graphics artist or company.

Do you offer digital proofs?

We do offer digital proofs by request. You can email us to request a proof or include the request in the special instructions when you order it. Please note that your order may be delayed for 1 day when requesting a proof.

What style lanyards do you offer?

We offer a variety of lanyard products of varied material, color and width. You may accessorize your lanyard with different kinds of ID badge holders, plastic buckle releases, clips, safety breakaway and badge reels. For more information please check the product detail page. Can my order be split into different colors?

Yes, you can split your order into different colors and the minimum for each color is 50 pieces.

What is a breakaway on a lanyard?

Safety breakaways are a little attachment which provides a convenient and safe way to remove the lanyard without having to pull it over your head.

What color lanyards do you offer?

We offer 20 colors for free when designing your lanyard. If you need other PMS colors besides these 20, there will be an additional cost of $20 for each color you request and an extra production time of up to 3 days. The additional cost will be waived when the amount of the order exceeds 2000 pieces for the same color. Please call us directly if you need PMS colors.
